The Disability Benefits Assistance program is a service provided by Disability Advocacy Center (DAC) to help consumers who are eligible to receive Social Security benefits, including Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Supplemental Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), through the applications and appeals process.
Additionally, consumers may be eligible for additional incentives and benefits. To access this resource, call the office 336-419-0784 to be connected to the Community Inclusion Specialist (CIS) for your county. Your CIS will take you through the intake process, help you assess your needs and goals, and make your appointment with our in-house specialist.
