Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL)

DIAL is a free public service created to support people with disabilities and their families who are seeking information related to COVID-19 vaccines, local vaccination sites, and other local resources to help them live independently.

DIAL’s staff are trained to work with people of various communications abilities and will spend as much time as needed to ensure effective communication. 

Information for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals seeking the use of DIAL with a relay service can be found on their website.
